FEB idiot light -- 2019 Rogue

It seems that the FEB idiot light on my POS Rogue instrument cluster decides on its own every winter to flash like an CEL while driving the speed limit regardless of road, weather, temperature and humidity. I'm at my wits end on this vehicle. I am about to pay rape for diag (basically, the amount one would pay for a premium brand to diag a premium vehicle) tomorrow morning.

Would this have to do with anything relating to my POS Rogue being clapped af from factory? OR is this a common occurrence?

I really want to get this issue fixed, since my brother is using this vehicle to learn how to drive.
