Glad someone appreciates their work. You know that Suicmez played all the instruments on their first cd? He recorded the entire thing by himself, musical f*cking prodigy in its essence.xekushnr wrote:
One of the best technical death metal bands of all time. Been listening to them for a few years. I actually just posted a thread about them a few days ago in the music forum with a link to Stabwound. I love the sweeps that Suicmez employs in that song, particularly the one just before the first verse.
Yep, explained it all in that post. It's so incredible that you pretty much have to mention it every time you talk about them. I dont blame him for waiting so long to piece together a band...there's not many people who can keep up with him on their respective instruments. +1 to him for picking up Marco on drumsstopatnothing wrote:

You better get some good pics. Wacken is in August right?stopatnothing wrote:^ Yep, I practically sh*t my pants when my cousin told me we were going. I've wanted to go since I was in like 7th grade. This is gonna be my first time, so I'm insanely stoked on it. Somehow, I've managed to plan out two trips this summer, before Wacken Open Air I'm gonna hit Japan again for a week or so.
But I'll be sure to provide countless pictures of Wacken for all the Nico metalheads out there. I'm sure I'll have a beer in hand in every picture though...
Yea, its like July 31st to August something I think. I'd love to make it out to the Netherlands some day, that would be f-ing awesome. Maybe I'll try and hit those next summer.xekushnr wrote:

Japan is another great country for metal. They eat it up over there.
All you need to visit now is Sweden, Finland, and Norway, which can all be done in one long trip. That would be another incredible metal trip.
