My fsm lists a five step process. The figures are in metric though so you will have to convert.1. 3kg-m2. 10.5kg-m3. loosen to zero4. 3kg-m5.10.5kg-m

This must assume a stock gasket, some of the metal type compress once so I would not do the loosen retighten thing. The torque sequence is a radial pattern starting from the inside working out.

EM-27 for the diagram and instructions

the EDM FSM has it in several units including ft-lbs.

hmm... thats probably why i dont have it, just noticed my EM goes 24, 25, 26, 29, 30

can you post just pages 26,27,28,29 (so i can print them off double sided and fix my manual)

and 10.5 kg-m converts to 76 ft-lbs .. it that right? the mains werent even near that high

(my torque wrench reads in ft-lbs and N-M)

there's an already fixed FSM around

look in the 'CA18DET Wiring Information and FSM' sticky

3rd link, follow the instructions in the sticky to find it.
