Which seats have you tried so far?

I've got a local drift buddy who's also a certified FA. Lemme see what he runs.

Will do. He's outta town, but I'll holler at him tomorrow.

I can tell you this: I drove his drift car once - I've got a 34" waist and was squeezed, I have NO idea how he fits in that thing. :)

The moral of the story: Check out some seats first - You may find that they're a little more forgiving than you think.

Oh, and this: ;)

Check several manufacturers sites. They have seat specifications on them and you'd be able to find your answer. Corbeau will probably have something for you, they run a little looser. I have a regular Forza and I swim in it, thats why it's mounted in my pass side. I know they make a Forza Wide, so you should be able to squeeze in there.

To pass for a regional license, you need to have a physical done (it's part of the application paperwork). You're really going to want to get control of your health so you wont run into any roadblocks.

i have looked at the buddy club wide the fx1 wide and the evo 3 and all look promising my only concern is no one around here has any of those but the corbeau and id like to get an idea on how they fit for most people.

Second confirmation from another FA drifter: EVO is a good fit for you. He's your exact size.

EVO X is wider, but too tight for an s-chassis, and an EVO XL won't fit at all.

corbeau makes some good wider seats too... and they're cheaper than things like sparco
