fan shroud

do i really need to put the fan shroud on when i put my engine back together?...i might just go ahead and put in an electric fan...thanks

the fan will force the air to be pulled through the radiator making it more effecient. i dont have a shroud on right now cuz my I/C cold pipe was in the way but i havent overheated at all. i'd say go with some electric fans tho
