Hey there and Welcome to NICO!
It sounds like the bearings are starting to go in the blower motor output shaft.
It is a pretty straight forward repair. I would highly recommend you getting a new one from the dealer for long term problem free operation.

*update*
This morning it did it again, as usual, so I turned the fan all the way up, and it stopped. So I was thinking maybe it's just "something" stuck in the blower. Then it started again when I took a turn, then went away after I hit a bump. Piece of crap in the fan?
