Is there any way of tighting the four nuts that connect the turbo to the manifold without have to take the whole exhaust manifold and turbo off. It leaks.

i use a 13 mm open end wrench. I cut it in half that way I can fit it in the back and tighten those bolts.

I put lock washers on the front two bolts, and that pretty much keeps it tight. I dont have the heatshield on though.

Just weld the turbo on. you'll be right mate, no leaks then.

For the two on the left side a 12 point wrench wil work. On the forward right bolt you can sneak a short socket and wobble with an extension up there. On the rear right bolt I took a crappy open end wrench, grinded it to make it thinner and it barely fits, but it works. Hope this helps.
