I'm experiencing a lot of rattling and creaking coming from dashboard, mainly from the center stack and touch screen. Seems to have started as soon as the temperature drops below 35 degrees. I assumed it would have stopped once interior had warmed up, but it hasn't.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Not when I had my 2009...but I put in a NAV by-pass in there (I made sure everything that could rattle was protected by foam tape. Since your car is new, take it to the dealership. They have tools to remedy various noises from the interior.

Thanks . . . just made the appointment at the dealer today. Hopefully it doesn't turn out to be a big deal.

There are two different rattles. One sounds like it's coming from the gauge pod but it is actually coming from the plastic trim cowl cover rubbing on the windshield. This can be fixed by adding some felt to the panel or some have used something on the glass to keep it "more slick".

The other rattle is coming from something within the gauge pod itself. I have it from time to time and it's always the top-right corner near the right-hand switches. Smacking the top of the pod in that area will temporarily get it to go away. When I took the vehicle to Infiniti under warranty by the time they looked at it later that day it was no longer making noises so they didn't fix it. With my warranty expired I just deal with it.

Another rattle that can seem to come from the center of the dash is the passenger seat belt buckle (next to the console). In some positions it will make noises and you just have to move it a bit.

When it's rattling and you are near the dealer then take it in and have them immediately go on a test drive with you, otherwise they won't hear it later in the day. They should fix whatever the problem is under warranty.
