so after reading abit about upgrades i decided to buy some parts so everybody was raving about everythingg35.com so i went there and ordered over the phonethey said i would get a discount of 20 or 25 percent (i dont remember)so when they gave me a total i just made useless conversation so i could figure out the total with my calculatorturns out they dont give discounts to nico membersthe manager told me that the internet price is the discounted price so i said to him if thats the discounted price than nico members dont really get a discount he didnt have a replyso i said to him if that is a discounted price show me where on the web site does it say that the price is discountedhe had nothing to say and he offered me free shipping i still bought the parts and didnt take the free shipping offer but for those who think they get a discountthink again

Really? That's interesting because I don't recall having this conversation with you. NICO members receive the same discounted prices that are listed on the website http://www.EverythingG35.com. The majority of the items on the website are aftermarket and have little or no margin to give any added discount. They're are times where we will post a group buy, many times by member demand. When we have a group buy I will contact a vendor and ask them how many units for an added discount from normal price. They tell me how many and then I will post the GB with that unit count as a requirement, hence transferring the discount to all of you. I know you will find that our listed web prices are VERY competitive.

Since we're on the subject, is there any items you would like to see on a Group Buy?

Anyways for those of you that have never dealt with Joe at Everything G35. I can tell you first hand you are dealing with a real proffessional who understands the importance of Customer Service! I ordered all my intake parts from him last year, he was knowledgable, friendly and made my purchase smooth as silk!

But, the prices are most definitley competative and the service is great

What do NICO members do to deserve an additional discount...........bring in 20 new customers with a documented list of new names.

ADDITIONAL Discounts are given to those that do something besides just buy something or show up here.

I'll bet Joe would work with you if you were able to generate significant new business say $10,000 in new documented sales.

We buy $100k per month [at retail Lexus/Infiniti 3 shops] and get the same discount as Joe provides over inet..............+ free delivery.

Don't look an already gift horse in the mouth.

You shouldn't have to become a company sales rep to reap the benefits of an advertised forum discount. I get what Wan is saying... many sites that offer discounts give something like a promo code, specific to the members, that results in some sort of discount at checkout. I've got nothing negative to say about EG35, and their prices are very competitive, but you have to be careful about advertising a discount, (implied, or actual), when the final checkout price is the same as what anyone else would get.

What I don't understand is why Wan would pass on the very generous offer of free shipping, and then complain??
