Any one have experience with this manifold? It looks good for the price but I heard theres a draw back with the wastegate placement on the 4th runner. Would you guys suggest Unstable Hybrid manifold over ETD, their bout the same price.

I dont know about anyone else, but the UH one looks like a complete beginner welded it and then didnt even knock down the slag off of it. If you dont know how to weld, you dont get proper bite and penetration into the material, therefore you get cracking.

95_240sx - That is just the pic that is on their site(most likely should be taken down) I have seen 2 of their manifolds in real life and they look nice. d240t has been running 15psi for 2 years on his so I wouldn't be too worried about cracking.

Sounds like they need some help with the startagized marketecture then. The idea isn't to post your worst products...lol. But I like Dennis, he seems like a good guy. We share quite a few opinions.

To be perfectly honest though, if the manifold isn't perfectly equal length, you get no gain, if the wastegate isn't properly positioned, you get no gains.

their wastegate placement is straight up odd to me...but hey to each their own I suppose.I figure I could do up a log for half the price if I was willing to be that haphazard with wastegate placement...

Wow I never noticed of how crappy that manifold is for what $450, thats rediculous, I think that the jgstools manifold either prewelded or not, is better than that piece, and its $150. And w the jgs you can mount the wastegate wareever you want.

I sent ETD an email asking why they mount their WG flange on the #4 runner...no reply yet.
