Engine Trouble HELP!!!!!!

Ok my car is acting weird!

When at idle the car shakes inadvertently and shakes even harsher when in gear!?!

My friend looked at it and also said my head lights dim when it happens!

So any help would be extremely appreciated!

Not a real pro, but: Engine Mounts, could be the engine having a cylinder failing... Wait for feedback but that could be a start.
