engine question?

guys sorry if this sounds dumb but im trying to learn i want to install some down pipes stillin race and pullys and motordyne intake and spacer i can install all of it i have tools but,my problem is i hear people say i would have to have it tuned or (reset) what does that mean and can i do it my self or is it somthing i need to take to a shope should i or do i need a new computer im kinda lost i thought if it was bolt on i could just put it on please advise thank u

the bost on stuff such as you listed does not require a retuen, onestly unless you are adding cams or forced induction, tuning would yield very little
