Engine dies, Codes 21,33

Well i read quite a bit around, but im still doubtful

My car starts ok, runs ok, but sometimes when stopped, he just loses rpms and dies, maybe if i pedal the accelerator it comes back up alive, and sometimes when cruising dies too, accelerating he shortly hesitates.... today he got worst. died 3 times. but not heavy hesitation, he just dies instantly, maybe hesitates 1/2 sec

I was coming to work, died once on stop, died later on cruise, and died a few times when i was parked testing the ecu codes..

Getting 21 and 33, i had a similar problem like a month ago, i wasnt getting spark, but now this...

21: Ignition Sigal in the primari circuit is not begin entered to the ECU during cracking

33: Front o2 Sensor...

Im pointing Spark Plug and Cables.... im gonna tighthen them hope i can get home.... what can i do? carb clean the maf, throttle body, check spark on plugs, check spark plugs? i want to know what to change...

i dont get it, the car starts just fine, idles perfectly, but randomly for 1 sec he stumbles, and sometimes just dies in 1 sec..... damnit, gonna try the coils, sparks etc...
