Not simple if it's tucked up in a bad place (which I'd imagine it is on most Infinitis). Getting at them from inside is best if it's accessible, and use a long hook tool to get at the pawl that's out of sight on top. If it can't be accessed from inside, you need to peel back the edge of the rubber boot and pry the plastic away from the firewall, then use some pressure on the part of the pawl tab you can see. On the few Nissans that use them, even I end up having to break them sometimes (and I'm damn careful). If you do need to break it, Gray Death will do a good job sealing it back up when the repair is done.
