emissions Question

My 94 Q is not running smooth as i like it. i have had new spark plugs, the complete $1,200 tune up, but now my gas consumption is crazy. my needles floats a little bit and when i go to put gas in the car i get a lot of gas vapor. but once i let out the vapor and put gas in the car i drives fine and the needle works fine. is something wrong or am i crazy!!!!

You need to explain problem in better and clearer detail.................when you open gas cap normal for it to be pressurized!

Needles , what needles: the pointer on gauges, gasoline level, rpm?
