Elecrical issues buzzing relay

Ok i know everyone says do the reasearch but i have looked and spent months and months looking and i can not figure this out. My issue i have a 92 auto 240sx that i swapped a 5 spd twin cam into. Now when i turn the key to the on position and turn it off my Idiot lights (brake,cel,oil,belt) all stay on and i get a buzzing relay from under the hood i belive its the egi.
i have been over all my work its in order i have replaced the dimmer switch and also my ign harness gauge cluster. all together 700 dollars worth of new parts from the dealer in wich i would have bought a dash harness wich im afraid is my next step. i have followed some advice and checked the circut. when it buzzez i can pull the egi fuse and it stops also if i unplug my cluster it also stops. i am completly stumped i need some form of advice for im becoming discouraged with this car and am about to give up.

Did you replace the relay (shouldn't be buzzing)? ... Also, was the car an automatic before? Did you switch out the ECU?

Yes the car was an auto i swapped to a 5spd ecu. i have changed the relay still nothing changes i guess what im gonna do is rewire the whole all with 5spd harnesses. is there anywhere to buy them other than the dealer?

junk yard and go thru and check all the wiring or repin it all. prolly could do it under 200 bucks. or check out wiring specialties. i got my harness ka to sr20 and that only cost me 130 but i drove to his house and dropped it off lol then picked it up 3 days later. His name is Yury and he is awsome when it comes to help about the wiring. he helped me diagnose my no start problem when i did the swap ended up being my ecu and he never once saw my car all thru emails. he knows what he is doing http://wiringspecialties.com/
