I took my youngest girl up to camp yesterday, it's a couple hours outside of Boise up in the mountains. Great windy road with little traffic, beautiful drive and only the last 1/4 mile is dirt road. Unfortunately there is one "bump" in the dirt road that didn't agree with the Eibachs....I hit hard but looked several times and didn't notice any damage while I was there. Luckily I made it home but this morning there was a pool of CVT fluid under my car.....suck! I took a look under the car and my transmission pan took a direct hit with something much harder that it is.....needless to say, I'm out of a ride until the parts come in to replace it.

yeah,..I notice when I dropped my car, there are components that are MORE lower to the ground.

True Story,..my car is much lower now *(inch lower) since I changed the profile on my tire that I took out a chipmunk that was trying to cross the street. Damn vermint!

Little update....Been waiting on parts but finally got the car back today.-Pan and gasker $45-Labor (1 hr) $66-CVT fluid (8qts) $160!!!

It could have been worse, when I called the dealer and told him what happened he just chuckled and said "I hope your insurance deductible is low", he never did give me a quote.
