EGI relay rattling?

First off, none of gauges work in the gauges cluster..there were some burned up paths on the back of the cluster so i replaced it with a new one. Still no gauges or gauge lights, but i did begin to hear a slight buzzing from under the hood. The buzzing is coming from a relay? i guess in the fuse box, it is the one labeled egi. Does the buzzing mean it's bad, how do you replace these, how do you get them out to check them....if i just have to go buy one from the dealership then let me know..i have to go do that tommorow right after school before the parts place closes~
