Most reprograms leave things alone below 2,750-3,000 rpms and at part throttle to avoid emission problems.............negating the need to swap chips back to oem.
After all a reprogram can only lean the WOT mixture and add a few degrees of advance as the rpms climb to remove what ever SAFETY the factory built in for wear and tear and defective low quality gasoline......... nothing else you can change in parameters will change anything.
