are both the Red and green ECU lights supposed to be on when the igniton is on? i'm still having trouble getting my car to run again. it seems the ECCS relay isn't being triggered. if anyone is really familiar with the S13 chassis wiring please feel free to drop me an IM or reply here (my AIM is the same as my S/N here)

yes, it is supposed to be on when the ignition is in the on position
