easy start cold/ hard start hot?

Hi all,

I just had my engine and transmission swapped out on my 98 maxima.

My car is now starting pretty easy when it's cold, but when it is at normal operating temps, it has a very difficult time starting.

The mechanic that did the swap figures that this particular motor sat around for a long, long time.

He swapped over one bank of injectors from previous motor, and he swapped over all sensors, spark plugs, coils, starter and intake setup from previous motor too. Previous motor was working good, just high mileage.

He recommended me using injector cleaner poured in the gas tank for the next while.

What else can I do?
