Looks pretty nice, but I thought you had a set of wheels on there...what happened to those?

I sold the rims, I was going to get other ones but now I have lost interest in the car. I buddy of mine may have found a bodydropped and bagged hardbody I could get for like 1500 bucks.

For those that are not sure, please try to let me know by the 25th of this month, as I want to make the reservations then. If you don't need a hotel, please also let me know. I know two of the local guys won't need one, but some of the others, if they come down from the Quad Cities, not sure.

Also, if you are in the same area of other members and want to carpool/caravan, get in touch with them and work something out. Might make the drive a little more bareable too.

I'm really gonna try and come.. but i wont be able to confirm until december, so if im forced out its alright i guess..

if it is just a problem with rooming i could just sleep in the 240

cause i really have no idea if i'll be able to make it by then or not.. its my plan on having the 240 back together by then.. so if it is, i'll come.. if not, i prob wont make it there

Also, another idea is Wes MIGHT be comming. He's still up in the air which is no big deal, I understand everyone has lives, especially around Christmas. Nothing else, if he comes, you two could car pool. Sure he would enjoy the company and help with gas and such.

yeah, i'm planning on taking the 240 and maybe setting up a mini-convoy for the trip there.. consisting of Andy at least and I, and whoever else might want to join up and come together

I'm gonna try extremely hard to get the 240 back together by then and drive it up there

Whats up neal... i stayed at that hotel last night.. $56 for a single bed for one night. I had asked what a group rate would be, and she said that if theres more than ten rooms, its $50.. what a discount huh?!?! haha, anyways.. its not the most pimpin place in town, but probably one of the cheaper ones.. plus like you said it is close to everything downtown. Just thought id let ya know incase you hadnt heard anything.. Peace out!

Funny, they must have changed their rates. When I talked to them a couple weeks ago...well, that may be the price with tax included. The rates they told me were $49.95 for a single and $50.sum for a double.

If we get more than 5 rooms, we can get the small conference room for free. But, that's not as fun as going out and drinking and raisin hell though.

I'm not, but if you want to, it's your choice.

On the rooms. If you get a double and split the cost, figure it costing around say $30 tops.

Jake, if you think we would be alright with this place, let me know.

You all got about another week and a half to let me know who's for sure comin from the list of possibles. I will make reservatios then, or have Jake do it for me.

Yea, i think you'll be ok.. its not that bad of a place.. not the best, but def not the worst. I think for the price, location, and amount of room they have, it would work out pretty decent. Let me know if ya need any help, or holla at laptop, im sure we can take care of things if your not able too.

I mean, hell, we can use all the new members we can get a hold of. If we get enough intrest in the Hardbody line up, we might be able to get a seprate forum for them. Run the meet by them and if they want to come, killer. The more the merrier, right?

I could prolly stuff him into the body bag sized suitcase that I have, but as far as carryons go, I don't think it would work.
