Just spent the first day with my 320, and for the life of me, I can't find reverse...

Help? 

You know, I went through the same thing when I bought my L320.  Couldn't find reverse.  Once I found reverse, I actually drove it as a 3 speed for the first couple of days until I realized it had another gear.  Didn't really seem too strange starting out in second but I guess that was because of the 4.88 rear end.  But that was 28 years ago!  I haven't had the column shift in it for over ten years now or the 4.88's for that matter.  As I recall, reverse was all the way towards the steering wheeel and down but you had to pull out on the lever first.  Correct me if I'm wrong, fellow 320 owners! 

Spectacular - I'll try that.  I'll need to replace the shifter bushings at some point, it's a bit sloppy, but what a fun driver!!!
