DSM injector size question *pic*

Ok, yes I searched new and old and it seems nobody asked this yet but does the length of the injector tip matter? I bought some DSM 450cc blue top injectors and they are a little bit smaller than my stock CA ones. I looked through some old threads and have seen other people with the same injectors I have. The stock CA ones dont extend all the way to the end of the manifold anyways but does it matter that these DSM ones are so much shorter? Thanks for the help guys, and sorry if this has been covered already.

They will work just fine. It might affect the spray pattern or something, but I don't know and I really don't care. I've been running some big DSM injectors for a long time with no troubles.

Hey, just out of curiosity, does it say "450" on the side at the top somewhere? My DSM injectors had the size stamped into the plastic.

One side says INP-009 and the other says B450L. Im assuming the B450L is the CC size? So are you running the same ones I am?

Have the yellow 510s, but I think they flow closer to 550.

Yes sir, mounts up just fine.

Yep! I just installed mine with new CA O-rings.
