drivers side power window on Q45

When my drivers side window powers down there is a jerk in the motion of the window after about a third of the movement. Is this a sign of something being worn in the regulator?

Needs new window regulator, about $100 job. Will keep getting worse and eventually break.

Try some silicone spray in the tracks on either side of the window, and on the tracks... might help things out.
