I have a question has any one ever replaced door pins before? My driver door has a slight movement when pushed up and down, I see neither pin or bushing in the FSM.

You replace both hinges, a job for 3-4 people unless you remove the fender for access.

Ok thanks, I gathered this much after seeing no separate pins in the FSM. Do you see alot of doors that need hinge replacement ?

Evenyone of them after 200k [many long before]. Did mine [the easy way 4 techs and 2 jacks] and the problem came back in 2 years.Just a weak cheap hinge and a heavy door.

Ok thanks, mine are not that bad i just noticed a scuff mark in the door jam and gave it the old up and down test and sure enough there was some play in the hinges.

Most people don't feel the extreme time or effort is worth the repair.........get quotes from body shops and save money.
