ive tried to disconnect the battery

Get a Factory Service Manual.

You will need to get WinRar to unpack it similar to WinZip.

My guess is that something is broken in the door and you might have to use a slim jim or something similar to open the door and pull the door panel off.

Someone else hopefully will chime in.

This has happened to more than just you. The plastic clip that holds one of the rods breaks off and nothing works. Hopefully this thread will help.

After you read through this thread try a couple more searches for more information. It's going to be frustrating until you find the right spot and then it will pop right open. Good luck.
