Drip Wipe 2015 Rogue SV

Hi,

Just purchased the above. A feature called "Drip Wipe" is checked in the settings which apparently has something to do with the wipers ?

I've looked online and cannot find out exactly what its supposed to do. Thought I'd try the Forum Can anyone in the Forum help ?

Wipe drip - one extra wipe of the wipers a few seconds after they stop when you use the windshield washer. Picks up any drips that may come down - hence "wipe drip."

Thanks, but the manual you referenced has the same info on it as my 2015 manual - basically nothing.

All it says is how to turn to on or off in the settings - nothing about what it does.

The dealer said it would turn the wipers on automatically when it rains ??? - which it didn't.

So thanks again to 5.56 (moderator) for explaining what it actually does.

There are a series of videos put out by Nissan that explain things better than the manual does. You have to pay attention, because they don't always use the terminology that you are looking for. For example, this video never uses the phrase Drip Wipe, but does explain its operation.
