door seal leaking air

hey fellas, my 08 altima sedan is leaking air while driving.i've noticed that there is a small tear on the front passenger around the rubber seal. how do i fix the tear?

You could try cleaning it & gluing it with some black silicone glue.... I tried that with my old truck & it's held up for years.
