door panel removal

Wee need a write-up of how to remove a door panel without breaking it, or at least tell me how. I was in da garage trying to get my door panel off and i couldn't get it. I got the piece by the mirror off with 20 minutes of brute force, got the screws on the bottom, in the pocket, and all of the clips i think. The place where i got stuck if the door handle. I think you have to take the inside of the handle out w/o taking the handle out. please help. it's cold outside too
