Door lock beep

My 2015 SL, doesn't beep when I lock the doors with door button, it does sometimes very erratic. It still flashes the lights twice and beep the horn back when locking with the remote. Any ideas?

It isn't supposed to beep/flash when you use the inside lock/unlock button, only with the fob. If it's beeping with the inside button, that's abnormal.
