don't want boost creep, wastegate advice?

I'm looking into running a to4E which is a pretty massive turbo, just because I know I'll want more later and I want to get it right the first time.Anyway the wastegate flange on the manifold I'm going with will support a 35mm or a new tial 38mm, and I wanted to know which would I should choose. The price difference isn't that great (I can get either for 200-250 bucks each new) but with the 35, I could probably find one used for less, and the 38 mm I haven't seen any except for new. Which one should I choose to prevent boost creep?

Either. They are both great...I'd say 35mm used, to save some $$$.

With an external gate, boost creep is not likely anyway. And a 1.5" hole in you exhaust manifold tens to be able to vent a LARGE amount of exhaust - You'll have no issues.

Later - Brian

tial 38 and 40mm usually dont ahve many benifits over the 35. I have used and seen many tial 35mm supporting over 400 hp.
