I am noticing a lot more tire ware on the right then the left, but I thought the 04 Coupe came with limited slip.

Does anyone know if it does and if it doesn't what is an alternitive to a quaif (I think I spelled that right)?

From what I've read, the VLSD only came with the 6MT Coupe (in 2004). If you do have a 6MT, there are numerous other reasons for tire wear on the right side (depending on what type of wear it is).

VLSD doesn't engage immediately only until after 1-3 rotations of the tire. It requires time for the slip/spin to heat the viscous fluid to increase friction.
