do all nissan 2.4 have blow-bye

i have had two nissan 2.4 engines and when i take the oil cap off,it feels like their is air pressure coming out.is that normal .

I would say yes... made the stupid mistake of trying to add a bit of MMO to the crankcase while it was running, and had a nice splattering off it on the underside of the hood.

That said, I don't know that it's really blow-by... I assumed it's the PCV system? For what it's worth I have no oil consumption or smoke, and the engine looks very clean on the inside.

YES NORMAL all motors build pressure that is why the crankcase has venting.
