Digital to Analog dash gages

I have a 1886 Nissan Maxima which has a digital display ( the one that shows fuel level, water temp,voltage and oil pressure) which has stop working ( the dispaly will not show any readings most of the time, some times it will come on and other times only some of the gages will work ).My question is can I replace these digital gages with a with separate anolog display panel which I would mount under the dash.I'm hopeing I can run wires to the proper sencors and then to the analog gages.
