yes thats the pcv hose and yes you need to get it at the dealer, it's different sizes at each end as well as having a rather short radius

the z31 has only 1 pcv, it's at the manifold end of that hose, the other side vents to the air intake piping

belt and tensioner I'd go dealer, buynissanparts.com or courtesy parts

How do i change the cam seals without messing up the timing ?

should i just mark where the cam gears are lined up as of now (with the belt on) then take old belt of, gears off, replace seals, gears back on new belt on, re-align cam gears and be done with it ?

Dont you have to pull the crank pully off to change the timing belt ?

i have the shop manual i just dont understand how to not mess up the timing when changing the cam seals

If your cam gears are leaking, you should buy a new belt and do the whole timing belt surgery at the same time. Instructions are in the Haynes manual or on several different websites on the internet. z31.com, xenonz31.com, etc.
