I got a letter yesterday from my dealer that made me laugh:

"WE NEED YOUR 2007 NISSAN VERSA. Because we are experiencing tremendous demand for vehicles just like yours, we are in a position to offer you INCREDIBLE VALUE for your 2007 NISSAN VERSA."

Besides the fact that they probably put whatever model you purchased into a form letter, I thought a couple of things were funny. The letter says, "Think about it. A New or Newer Vehicle, a Lower Payment and No Money Down." And they included a business card about the 350z.

I'm tempted to mention to them that my V has 54,000 miles on it and is paid off. What "New or Newer Vehicle" are they going to offer with "No Money Down" and "a Lower Payment" than the $0 I'm paying right now!

we got something from our dealer that said "Full re-embursment for your car".. didnt read the fine print, probably just a way to get you in... most likely "full re-embursment of the current value of your car" but whatever... im happy with my V

Atleast your dealer used the right database for the mailings and actually acknowledged you bought a Versa. I just received an email from my dealer a couple of weeks ago asking if I was still in the market for a car and proceeded to list all the deals they had. I replied to them and said, "Since I just purchased a new '08 Versa from you in November, I'd have to say that I'm not ready for a new car."

At least you guys aren't still getting reminders to bring in a car for service that you haven't owned for 4 years...

I still get cards in the mail about my warranty running out. Nothing like a brand new car with a warranty lasting less than 6 months lol.
