one of my cylinders isn't firing correctly, i already checked the spark plugs, coils and connectors. Any other ideas besides valves or bad injector?

I know you stated you checked the connectors but you didn't clarify which ones. The Crank Angle Sensor connector and Power Transistor Unit connectors can both create a misfire if the connectors are corroded. Same with the injector connectors, the 90-93 connectors are very prone to corrosion.

While you have the injector harness' off to clean them, ohm test the injectors to verify they are in spec. Unfortunately the most common culprit is a failing injector.

that's what the step i was leaning towards, a faulty injector and i already did test the power transistor and crank angle sensor.... and there working fine. Last time one of my cylinders wasn't firing i tested and replaced both of them. Do you know the ohm's the injector should be reading?

Between 11.0-14.0 Higher or lower and it is toast.
