Hello Fellow Z Enthusiasts,

I took a day off to visit the Datsun Heritage Museum in Murietta, California. The address is: 41610 Date St, Murrieta, CA‎ 92562.They are open to the public on Saturdays Between 10:00AM and 3:00P.M.Group Tours Can Be Arranged At Other Times By Calling The Museum At Least A Week In Advance. Phone: 951-696-1087

I was greeted by Mr. Fred Jordan. "The Datsun Heritage Museum is really the brainchild of Fred Jordan. Fred was the Sales Manager for one of the first DATSUN Dealership in the US. Fred also founded the Z Car Club of the Inland Valley (ZCCIV) and has had a very close relationship with Mr. K for decades. Fred is first and foremost a 'DATSUN Enthusiast', and perhaps one of people in the US with the longest personal history with the marque." quoted from http://www.zoominfo.com.

I was given a personal tour of the museum by Ms. Johnnie Gable."Johnnie Gable worked for Nissan for 32 years, started in parts department later became Mr. Yataka Katayama’s secretary. Mr. Katayama was President of Nissan Motors North America until 1977. Mr. Katayama is now retired. Johnnie attended Harbor College, Johnnie is now retired but remains very active in the Datsun Community." quoted from The Datsun Heritage Museum.Ms. Gable is a proud owner of a 1972 240z previously owned by Mr. K.

Here are some photos of the Museum:

The museum is a wonderful place to see collectibles that are still driven and to learn about their history. The staff are true enthusiasts who eat, sleep and breath datsun/nissan.This is a great place to bring the whole family.

Thank you for your time, Lboy.

That looks like I would be in heaven if I went. They need more roadsters and a bob sharp GT-33 280z to help increase the wow factor. The only bob sharp one that I still know of is here in this link for sale http://forums.hybridz.org/showthread.php?t=147390

It needs some love

It also needs a 280ZXR they need to buy this one to keep it from being completely destroyed http://www.cardomain.com/ride/682335 The longer he has it the worse it gets
