Hey Greg, I have 2 in the registry, but you have me down for living in Oregon, while I actually live in Vancouver Washington.
Also the U320 is White not red.
I also have a 1963 Datsun L320, VIN#L320-3-00182, it is titled as a 1963 but has a 1962 grill, it also has the normal 320 heater box instead of the early 1962 heater box, I am thinking it was a late 62 sold in 1963.

I thought I registered my two 1965 NL320s, but I don't see 'em here. I have a very nice red one, and a black project truck-ette that needs a lot of work. Both are for sale, so I can keep my newly restored '71 Z out of the rain!

Hi Greg,
I was wondering if all of these trucks were being kept for restoration purposes or if they will be parts trucks to keep other alive? I just found a WPL312 and need two 320 front bumpers to try to fit front and back on the wagon. Also, where do people congregate online to talk and source parts for the 312's?

Not sure. The owner chose not to be ID'ed, probably for that very reason. :)

You're in the right place - Post up and I'll make sure it gets seen!

I have NL3203604510: red, very nice 'shop find' in 2011, and NL320-3-60262; black, an incomplete project truck-ette.
I'd estimate about 200 remain, less than half running. Seen about 25 in N.Cal since '65, most long gone.
Both are for sale on craiglist, asking $8,995 for 'Lil' Red', and $2,000 for 'Lil' Black'. No indoor storage, and I'm getting elderly.
Both for $10,500, and some extras.

1965 Datsun 320 pickup L320-000188.
This is a cool little truck. Not many people looking to get rid of one of these in such great condition. Needs minimal restoration to make it fully operable. The tranny is good, engine still runs– 50k original miles- body is undamaged including all original chrome emblems/striping. All 4 tires/tread new. must see to appreciate it's potential. We hate to part with it but cash flow currently takes priority. Asking 5k Or make offer. I will be posting soon on Craigslist with photos.

Hi gang-

Here's one to add to the registry, if it's not already listed from a prior owner. I took delivery today of 4L320-60420, a 1964 NL320.

Thanks!

Bret

Hello everyone, 1st post, thanks for being here.

I just picked up a 62 Datsun 320. This has been one of my dream cars since I was a teenager.

1962 Datsun 320 VIN: 223K14097

I can not find any information on this vin, anyone have any idea how to decode it.
I can not find any type of ID plate, where would I look?

See my other post (to be made shortly) trying to identify and validate a story I got with it.

1st day images can be seen here https://photos.app.goo.gl/8a6XXsmAhCbZEw4E8

I still need to make a footer... coming soon..

Hey Bret - I'm WAY late to the party, but do you still own this truck? Here's why I ask: That's my VIN. :)

Roy, I know the truck well. She was here at Datsun Ranch for several months, I sold it for my good friend Ron and the pics were taken in my garage. Glad you've still got her.

Hi Greg! I love this little truck, it's been great to drive. I've done a bunch of little stuff to it. New windshield seal, door seals, even new vent window seals. It has stock looking electronic ignition now and I found a way to do it without any control boxes or anything. I'm keeping it as original as possible, but it also needs to be driven. I was originally going to soup it up, but there's no way on this one. I've been thinking about selling it so I don't modify it, but I think I'll miss it.
