Does anyone know if the molding on the dash, on the passenger side...the piece that has the airvent part on the right just above the glove box comes off easily? I have a rattle that has been coming from there for awhile and now it is getting worse. I tracked it down to where the molding meets the airvent. I want to try and pop it off then put it back with some type of foam or something underneath to try and stop the rattle.

Hey, I'm actually moving back over to Tampa in December to be closer to work.

I have a Silver SL with the spoiler and fog lights. Really dark tint.

It would take me a little bit to get a pic up. Pretty much if you're sitting in the passenger seat you have the glove box, moving up you have the black dash part just above the glove box. Then it goes to a different "carbon fiber" look plastic portion. Then back to regular black dash.

If you look at the far right airvent it is recessed into that plastic molding part that runs the half length of the passenger side dash.
