dash and tail lights not working help

ok my dash and tails dont work all the time also my key has to be wiggled around a few times before it turns on any help please

Dash and tail-lights is a fuse. They are usually on the same circuit. Check your fuses.

No idea about the keys other than the cylinder is old and you may need to replace it.

Yeah that's definitely a fuse. It's one of the 15amps in the fusebox under your steering wheel I think. The same thing happened to me a while back and it got me pulled over lol.
