yeah but u got a 3.5, he had the 2.5 n almost took him. i've never actually raced one, here n cali the tl drivers tend to be older. as for RSXs though i dont think i've ever passed by oone that thought he wanted some of this. I've yet to lose to one so....

Type S hondas ripp they'll smoke a 3.5 for sure no lie mod or no mod they come out the hole all the time they beat any a.c for a car and half

Yeah I drive TL-S for a daily now and i love it but I don't go around racing. I'm older and wiser now. However, if I do race, I only do that with the coupe!

haha my friend has one. its an 03 he loves his horrible stock system. he has two twelves in the back but they arnt even hooked up. hes to stingy to just get them set up. Dangeris i never knew you had a tl too. what year is it?

i drove up along side one while taking my gf home and he floors it so I take off after him and he ends up having to slow down because of a car in front of him and I was already gaining on him

funny thing was after I drop her off at home I end up on the exact same street and here he comes but im already on the lane to turn left

I had a couple..I had a 99 CL that was SC (comptech) and dropped, I had a 00 TL that I gave to my son when he started college, my daily is a 03 TL type S and I also have a 06 MDX touring with Navi.. Yes I love Acuras but I Love my coupe even more!

I love the CL-S, In fact I was looking at buying one then I test drove the AC and l fell in love With the amount I've spent on the coupe, I could have bought a CL-S and SC'd it and then some

The TL's are sick, and getting 270hp out a n/a 3.2L from the 04-08. I think the 6 speed version would take the coupe stock for stock. They are damn quick.

no sir, not a car and a half... the 3.5 and TL are very similar in terms of performance, but stock for stock, I think its just a driver's race

stock TL's up to 08 versions had 258hp, 233torque @ 3699 lbstype S TL's up to 08 models had 286hp , 256 torque @3948 lbs

Also the base model is ONLY available in Automatic, while the Type S is available in either manual or stock

reported standing 1/4 time is 14.1, 0-60 is 5.8... very very similar numbers to the A/C

so again, a driver's race...

I agree... i had a 2004 6speed TL, and i think it's quicker than my altima sedan. I traded in my 2003 TL Type S for my sedan, and around the same time sold my Acura Legend. Another vehicle i didnt expect to be quicker than my sedan is my Trailblazer SS or maybe its just the torque fooling me...lol
