dam fuel gauge, cluster and the whole car

my problem started with the fuel gauge acting up.when i drive my car anywhere it will start to drop fast. i have 3/4 tank and i drive to the store 3 miles away the gauge will read 1/2 tank. and when i drive for long periods of time it will go far past the E line almost straight down. then when i come to a complete stop the needle will rise back up to almost correct fuel level thats only one problem. also the cluster will blow the meter fuse and will stop working all together so i cant use the mileage to calculate the amount of fuel left. when the cluster goes out so does the a/c and the seat belts.

i just want to know if someone else had a problem like this. ive searched and found some people with similar problems but no1 has gave a good answer

could it be that my cluster is trash all together?

i have a 99 G20 and the gauge cluster and tail light fuse keeps blowing

ok i think i have the problem figured out....while i was loking for the fuel problem i came to figure that the fuel sending unit was bad...when i replaced it and also replaced the meter fuse everthing worked

no fuse popping no nothing. i drove my car harder than ever. i even went offroading. 700 miles later nothing
