D21 Check Engine 440 and 446

440 Code came up, replaced the cap...eventually the code went off. Weeks later, the light reappeared now with 446 (canister)Are they related? Would replacing the canister help? Haven't had a chance to check the hoses, etc, since our weather is awful.Would appreciate any help or advice before I throw in the towel. My state requires inspections and the light is unacceptableThanks
