I HAVE PLACED OVER 25 CALLS TO MY SUPPOSEDLY AREA SERVICE REP (SOUTHERN FLORIDA) ABOUT MY NON-ATTACHED A-PILLAR, THAT IS CAUSING LEAKS IN THE RIGHT FLOORBOARDS, AND A POTENTIAL SAFETY ISSUE. MY LOCAL NISSAN DEALER WOULD LIKE TO SEND THE CAR OUT FOR REPAIR, BUT SAID THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY FEEDBACK YET FROM THE REP. MY 25 CALLS HAVE GONE UNANSWERED. WHILE I AM OVER THE 36k MILES WARRANTY, THE DEALER FEELS IT SHOULD BE COVERED AS IT WAS NEVER WELDED AT THE FACTORY.
DOES ANYONE HAVE A WORKING NUMBER OR EMAIL FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT A HIGHER LEVEL THAN AN AREA SERVICE REP?
