I was wondering its easy to find like aftermaket support for a sr but what about KA are there any good reliable online stores that offer products? If not do some of the sr products fit the ka24de? Like headers and greddy intake manifold? OH and do the oil pans bolt up the same?

no, most sr parts like manifolds etc. will not fit the ka. there are still a lot of companies that sell aftermarket parts for the ka. just search around.

See the reason I ask is there is a nice practically new ka24de around me house and I was curious as to what performance aftermarket there would be. Is the connector ECU hookup hard to modify to work with the ka24de? If no then I think I will go with the dohc version of the engine. Cheaper and available parts. Itll be my sleeper car black and tricked not racer style i guess. Then one day ill go get a sr s15 for my next project. But until then I guess ill go with the dohc version. Ill probably just custom fabricate some stuff. Other than that I got this list of parts from PDM racing that give me an idea for performance upgrades on a stock dohc. And the enjuku place helped to gave me names for everything available. Their prices are a little high I have to say but that is ok good source of information. Thanks guys and a follow up on the Harness issue for the ECU would be helpful I saw that drop in post on the board but I was confused when I read it. I need a little more clear cut explanation. Thanks
