Hello.

Does anyone have any experience with Curb-Alert?

I need to keep those darn curbs from biting my front air dam!

Thanks for your thoughts!

Welcome to NICO!

I just try and leave some room...the sedan isn't that low.

So this is probably spam by an unauthorized vendor.

Sorry if you got a wrong impression. I've got a 2010 G37XS with a factory installed front air dam. It will hit parking curbs. I was thinking about a front camera from TadiBrothers but then ran across this sensor from Curb-Alert. Just looking for advice.

Thanks!

Hi,
The Curb Alert is sold by many Corvette parts vendors, the C5 and C6 Vettes are low in the front, especially the C6 Z06 and Grand Sport.
I'm new on this forum so I hope I'm not breaking any rules, but here is a link to a tread on corvetteforum.com where they discuss it, apparently works as advertised. http://forums.corvetteforum.com/c5-gene ... ystem.html

Paul

PS. I have no affiliation with the manufacturer or any of the resellers of this product, have just seen it over on the the Vette forum.

I don't see where that would benefit me at all. I know not to get close to a curb. I have my problems pulling in and out of steep driveways. I try to go slow and angle my car a little, but sometimes traffic does not allow that. I have gotten some really good scrapes on that little black plastic thing that hangs down but none on the actual car. Looks like a waste of time/money for me.
