Hi all,

I'm thinking of getting a new Cube, but there are 2 things I want to know:

1. Can you stow a bike in the car without a cycle carrier (is it big enough to hold a mountain bike inside)?2. The bike carrier looks quite awkward as it seems to block the opening of the back door. Does anyone have a carrier and do you like it, is it easy to remove, etc?

Also, I wish the sunroof would open: do owners not mind not being able to get some sunshine?

I would think you could fit a bike inside... However you would have to remove the front wheel. It might be a really reallytight fit.

I tried that originally and I scuffed the roof with a handle bar. It isn't a tight fit but its awkward.

thanks for the pix looks nice.

However, as I'm not very tall I'd prefer something lower down, so I was thinking of the bike rack on the back attached to the removable towbar (that's in the official accessories brochure) - did you look at that option also?

I put my 60 fixed gear inside of my cube. It is a tight fit without the front wheel but hey it works.
