The plastic part of my gear shift in my 2000 Frontier Crew Cab SE (The clear plastic that has PDNR12) has basically completely broken apart. I've just lived with it since I've had the car for so long and I know what gear I'm in anyway. I'm about to try and sell it and want to replace just this part of it since the rest of the gear shift is fine. Anyone done this before?

should just be 4 screws holding the whole assembly to the transmission hump. Try salvage yards for a cheap replacement.
